The blade is a double re-curve Persian style dark etched damasteel blade with two milled sections on each side featuring hand stippling, the frames are heavily contoured slabs of alpha knife supply white timascus with milled pockets near the flipper tab on both sides with hand stippling and a titanium insert (also anodized, milled, and hand stippled) to hold the steel lock bar insert, beautiful and full of depth are the mother of pearl scale inserts on the front scale, and milled anodized titanium pivot surrounds on both sides, timascus milled and stippled pocket clip, anodized titanium and milled backspacer, a sunstone inlayed between the pearl, and gold plated titanium hardware. The action of a Ron Best knife is difficult to explain as the typical adjectives such as mind-boggling or jaw-dropping just can’t do it justice, it is simply the BEST. The fit and finish are down right incredible and the design is unmistakable. It ships in a hard case with foam inserts. The knife is preowned but in good condition with only a small amount of anodizing being rubbed off on the show scale inlay near the bottom.
